What time should I arrive, and when does the ceremony start?
Please arrive by 4:00 PM to allow time for parking and to enjoy a champagne refreshment. The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, so please plan accordingly to be seated on time!
Will transportation be provided?
Yes! Transportation will be provided on Saturday for guests staying at Mountainside and The Hotel Inn (formerly Blue Bird).
The bus will depart from Mountainside at 3:30 PM. It will then pick up from The Hotel Inn (formerly Bluebrid) at 3:40 PM. Arrival at The Fells is scheduled for 4:00 PM.
If you're staying elsewhere, please plan your own transportation accordingly.
Is parking available at the Venue?
Parking is available on-site, and there will be signage to guide you. There are two parking lots; the lower lot will be filled first. Once the lower lot is full, guests will be directed to park in the upper lot. Because the driveway is quite long, a shuttle bus will be available to transport guests from the upper lot to the venue at the beginning and end of the night.
What is the dress code?
Our dress code is formal attire. Suits, floor-length dresses, mid length dresses, or dressy cocktail attire. Since portions of the event will take place on grass, block heels, wedges, or flats are recommended over stilettos.
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors in the Rose Garden at the Fells Estate. In case of rain, the area will be tented. Please note that the grounds are grass, so block heels or wedges may be more comfortable.
The reception will be held in the same location but under a permanent pavilion with enclosed sides and tile flooring.
Can I bring my kids or a plus one?
We love your kids and partners, but due to capacity restrictions at our venue, our wedding is limited to the guests listed on the invitation. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with you!
